Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate individuals for a part-time CPR and First Aid Instructor position, with potential growth opportunities into other instructor roles such as BLS. No prior training or experience is required.

As an instructor, you will conduct classes at our office and travel to various offices and environments, necessitating flexibility and adaptability. Key to excelling in this role is an outgoing and friendly demeanor, coupled with a selfless and sympathetic interest in others. This position requires prioritizing the needs of others, displaying patience, stability, and consistency during prolonged interactions.

The work environment emphasizes informal, influential, and warm communication, fostering an atmosphere relatively free from competitive pressures. Characteristics of this role include highly predictable work, allowing advanced planning without significant distractions, an even-paced workload that encourages interaction with others, and a strong focus on building relationships through warmth, empathy, and helpfulness within a supportive, service-oriented context.

Qualifications:
- First Aid/CPR/Instructor certificate preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proximity to our office/classroom within a 30-minute commute is preferred.
- Emergency or Critical Care experience - preferred.
- A genuine passion for learning. Individuals who question the relevance of knowledge with statements like, "Why do I need to know this? I'll never use it," may not find alignment with this position.

Pay:
Hourly: $18-$25

Preferred work hours are Mondays 8:30am to 12:00 pm and Fridays 8:30am to 12:30pm, but we are willing to work with you on the schedule.
