Correct Course:

It is everyone’s responsibility to determine which course they are required to take. Falcon CPR Training is NOT responsible for any issues resulting from registering for the wrong class. If you are unsure about which course to take, you should contact my school, workplace, or Falcon CPR Training for clarification before completing my registration.

  • Blended Learning and Hybrid Courses
    For blended learning courses, it is essential that online training is completed before attending the in-person class. Access to the in-person class will be denied if the E-learning module is not successfully completed. You will have to reschedule and attend a new class and pay a full class fee. Please contact our office and pay the required class fee.

  • American Heart Association Hybrid BLS Course:
    The online portion of this course is sold separately – To purchase HeartCode® BLS | AHA – It is your responsibility to purchase the online training and complete that portion before attending a skill sessions.

  • Cancellation & Refunds
    Our classes often reach full capacity, and cancellations may prevent other students from securing a spot. Therefore, we kindly request that you notify us as early as possible of your cancellation.
    – Cancellation: Full refund Refund will be issued minus a $10 cancellation fee
    – Instructor Courses are non-refundable
    – Online Only Courses are non-refundable

  • Reschedule Policy
    Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. We offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future class at no additional charge.

  • Late Policy
    To maintain the integrity of our courses, punctuality is crucial:
    – For blended classes: Arriving 5 minutes late is not permitted.
    – For full-day classes: Arriving 10 minutes late is not allowed.
    Late arrivals compromise the comprehensive course content, and certification cannot be issued in such cases. If you anticipate being late, you can reschedule by notifying us in advance – NO FEE. If you arrive late, you will not be admitted to the classroom, and you will need to register for another class at the full course rate.

  • No Call No Show
    If you miss your class without notifying us in advance, and without a call to inform us, no refunds will be issued, and you will need to register for another class, paying the full course fee.
 
  • Photography Policy
    Falcon CPR Training instructors may capture images during our classes. These images are the exclusive property of Falcon CPR Training and may be utilized for promotional purposes on our social media platforms, website, and printed materials, unless you explicitly inform us that you prefer not to be featured in them. Rest assured, Falcon CPR Training will never use photographs that include children without obtaining prior written consent from their parents or legal guardians.

  • Opt-In (SMS)
    By registering for a class, calling or texting the number (312-775-2172), customers consent to receive text messages from Falcon CPR Training LLC. Text messages are utilized ONLY for the purpose of sending reminders and important class updates.  If you no longer wish to receive text messages, you can opt-out at any time by letting us know. 
  • Blended Learning and Hybrid Courses
    For blended learning courses, it is mandatory that participants complete the online training before attending the in-person session. Access to the in-person class will be denied if the e-learning modules are not successfully completed. In such cases, the participant will need to reschedule, attend a new class, and pay the full course fee.
 
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled Training Refunds will be issued minus a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellation less than 24 hours, 50% deposit will NOT be refundable.
 
  • Rescheduling Policy
    We understand that plans can change. If a team member needs to reschedule, please provide as much advance notice as possible. We offer a complimentary transfer to a future class. If additional classes are scheduled at your location, the team member will be rescheduled for the next available session. If no further classes are planned at your location, they can choose a training date at our Park Ridge location, subject to availability.
 
  • Late Arrival Policy
    Punctuality is essential to ensure the integrity of our courses:

    For blended classes: Arrival more than 5 minutes late is not allowed.
    For full-day classes: Arrival more than 10 minutes late is not allowed.
    Late arrivals can disrupt the course, and participants may not receive certification if they arrive late. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us in advance to reschedule. Participants arriving late without prior notice will NOT be admitted and will need to register for a new class at the full rate.
 
  • Late Class Start Policy
    Punctuality is a key aspect of our training sessions. To honor this, our instructors are committed to arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure all preparations are complete. We strive to commence all classes punctually, as delays can disrupt not only the current session but also subsequent schedules.
    Should a class start be delayed by more than 20 minutes due to the tardiness of a customer or their representatives, a Late Start Fee of $50 will be applied. Additionally, for every 15 minutes of delay beyond the initial 20 minutes, an incremental fee of $25 will be charged. This fee structure is designed to encourage timely commencement and completion of all sessions.
 
  • No-Call No-Show Policy
    If a team member misses their scheduled training without prior notice or communication, no refunds will be issued. They will need to register for a new class and pay the full course fee.
 
  • Payment Policy for On-Site Training
    1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit amounting to 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking for all on-site training sessions. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
    2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the training fee is due on the day of the scheduled training session.
    3. Late Payment Fees:
      • Slight Delay: If payment is delayed by 7 days but not more than 14 days from the due date, an additional fee equivalent to 10% of the total cost of the training will be charged.
      • Significant Delay: Payments that are late by more than 14 days will incur an additional charge of 15% of the total cost of the training.
    4. Certification: Certifications of completion will not be issued until full payment has been received for the training.
